You can limit a lot of sodium from your diet by simply using non-canned ingredients such as fresh or fresh frozen vegetables and dry beans instead of canned ones. It may take some planning at first, but you'll begin to see the difference in how your body feels and your clothes fit.

Sounds like your blood sugar may be getting low. Have you ever had it checked by a doctor? You definitely want to get it checked out if this continues.

I usually find that if I eat fruit instead of something low cal w/ artificial sweetener that it satisfies my sweet tooth longer. I love California Cuties, apples and any type of berries.

Here's a really good one! Balsamic Vinaigrette 3/4 C extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice Zest of one lemon Whisk together (I blend mine). Toss w/ your favorite salad greens! This recipe makes 1 cup, but you can double it.

Yes! I have used Biggest Loser's - Cardio Max, Power Sculpt and Last Chance Workout. I feel great after I use them for workouts and can see & feel the results in just a couple of days. They help you get your cardio in and tone your body at the same time.
