Log everything because if you stall you may find your not eating enough e.g. if you eat one 100cal cookie and burn more than 500 cal your body may not like it and like the others said you have nothing to look back on to see where the problem could be I've found it a massive help xx

Thanks for the replies, Definition of crap eating choc and takeaway instead of nuts and protein shakes Will try flax seeds (think I just went off the rails as I was hungry and didnt know where to go More nuts to be purchased me thinks Wholemeal Pasta I would love to try but me memories of it in hte 70's are not too good…

Hello, I'm from East Anglia I've sent you a request, I'm loosing walking and swimming with the odd gym workout and eating real food and the odd shake when too lazy to fuel my body any other healthy way (plus I like the chocolate taste!) xx

Diving instructor here, obviously the healthier you are the better (including weight) but bigger people dive (and teach diving) go for it, it will change your outlook on life at the very least xxx Happy bubbling

Thats So funny I thought it was just me who gauged my weight by a sack of Dog food, ( although mine are slightly smaller 15kg/ 33lbs)!

Nuts and seeds all the way, fruit is a quick up and down works better than chocolate but nuts fill you up are slower release and make you feel so much more stable xx good luck it does get easier

I'm over the magic no 41 where it all slows down and I eat 1800 then eat back half my exercise calories if I burn less than 700 and 3/4 if i burn more, loose between one and one and a half and pounds per week xxx keep going xx

Fat2fitradio calculated your calories, prepare to be shocked and then start eating them don't weigh fo a month and see the results. If you struggle to eat your calories there's loads of people on here who can give you good advice on high calorie low volume food, I use nuts and protein bars Good luck xx
