How many calories? Weight loss stalled
What does everybody eat MFP says I should eat 1200 the TDEE calc says 1450 ? I try to work out 5 times a week 45 mins to an hour, X2weights, X2swim, X2 Race walks Lost 21lbs do far, have 38lbs left to loose Interested on thoughts of those with experience

Help! out for dinner set menu!
Help, out at a function tomorrow, three course set meal, not eating is not an option (I will be out for 7 hours and unable to go out and get a healthy meal) I was thinking of eating half of everything put in front of me, anybody got any better ideas or tips, I don't want to ruin my hard work already!
