Help! out for dinner set menu!

Help, out at a function tomorrow, three course set meal, not eating is not an option (I will be out for 7 hours and unable to go out and get a healthy meal) I was thinking of eating half of everything put in front of me, anybody got any better ideas or tips, I don't want to ruin my hard work already!

So I just bring little bags of almonds and drink lots of water. I have been none to just eat the non starchy veggies and the protein on any meal anywhere.
I just try not to let functions undermine me and most of the time the calories aren't that bad but I just don't want to go there.0 -
