Help food ideas with calories

Hi there I'm sure this has been done to death but anyone help me out with some clean eating snacks for on thee go
I set my calories at 1800 per day and am currently training for a serious power walk (62 miles in less than 24 hours)
So this weekend my training walk will use about 1200 calories so I need to be upping my intake quite a lot, without over doing it (or drinking olive oil!)
I've got some brzil nuts and dreid berries but I think if I stick to those I'll be on the toilet all week

quest chocolate chip cookie dough protein bars. all natural- 190cals, 21g of protein, and somehow, 17g of fiber (but no negative effects from that). this *kitten* tastes like a cookie, and its crazy healthy for you. im kind of obsessed now. they are pricey tho- so i bought a few boxes from GNC so i could get 20% off.
