Welcome from Montana!! I've got 2 kids and can't seem to shake off what they put on. I have lost 30 lbs over the last 3 years, but this year I hope to tackle the last 20 lbs. My advice is to just stick with it (and it will come off slowly).

Have a cheat day, then the next day - get back on track. Don't beat yourself up before it even happens. If you need to lessen your guilt, look at the menu before hand and order a dish with lots of veggies and light soy sauce (they have lighter sauce options even with the spicy garlic sauce). Hope you enjoy! Angela

Hello. I just joined 2 days ago and I have already lost 30 lbs over the last 3 years, but now I'm trying to lose the last 30 around my middle and thighs. My biggest tip is to not think about the end result (your goal weight or how much you want to lose), but to start by doing small things that are healthy and keep at them…

I don't. I'm using the math that (1 lb =1,500 calories). So, to lose 1 lb a week, I need to burn 300 calories a day for 5 days. Or burn 150 calories through exercise and reduce your caloric intake by 150.

I just joined a little while ago and am getting my week ready to tackle all my fitness goals head on this week. I don't think the goals are as crazy as they were before - just more realistic. I'll keep everyone posted on my progress as I'm hoping to achieve some real results this time and see better progress by April. JUst…

Hello, I just joined today 20 minutes ago. I know this website is so much easier than what I was planning to do. I plan on keeping all posted on my progress.
