    do
  • No-- I don't most days
  • I don't. I'm using the math that (1 lb =1,500 calories). So, to lose 1 lb a week, I need to burn 300 calories a day for 5 days. Or burn 150 calories through exercise and reduce your caloric intake by 150.
  • I thought 1 lb was 3500 calories????
