I have the same isue i had 5 kids i was also 115 alongggg time ago now iam 135 i still have 15 to go but since i started using weights it seems to work faster you actually lose more the problem with me is i dont watch what i eat but ido keep up with the exercise most of the time try that see if it helps am working on…

don't conpare u'r self to others we are all difrent and the weight can flactuate don't get discourage little by little i am learning how to eat better i exercise alot but i can stop eating wich is why am also keeping track and traying to stay in check so just take it easy keep at it and do what you can but dont give up

well I am 5.4 I am at the same pace 4 can't go past that but I am happy that am doing it it works well enough to gime a sweat so don't worrie about it , aslong as your doing it it's all that counts!
