Thanks, Angela. My head feels weird. Not like the room is spinning...more like a lot of pressure and it feels like I'm walking on a boat. Hopefully the 50,000 vitamin D once a week will help!!

I have been feeling dizzy and having muscle spasms, which the doc has attributed to my low vitamin D levels (17). Did anyone else has these problems when having low vitamin D? I've just started taking a supplement.

i'm doing Focus T 25, and I find it to be easier to get started since it's only 25 mins. plus they have a modifier. I tried P90X, but I wasn't ready for it.

I miss chewing too. I got some brown rice tortillas and they were delicious. I had an egg taco for breakfast. I'm a vegetarian, so the recipes take some tweaking. I've just been logging it at 300, but i'm STARVING when i'm finished. i'm not really sure how many i'm actually burning. i feel so much better mentally afterward. it's definitely addicting.
