Well not much done today apart from some walking...gym tomorrow morning...need to get myself sorted out...will do my c25k then if time permits get some KM on the bike.....yikes....why did I pick 200km lol....

Hi Well I completed Day 1 Week 3 today....was not at all as bad as I thought it would be. I was doing my jog at 9kmph (5.6mph) on Week 1 and Week 2 but dropped the jog to 8kmph (around 5mph). I have a 15 year old daughter recovering from ACL reconstruction so I go along her 3 or 4 times a week. Two of these visits are at 6.30am. She gets on with her rehab exercises and I just do my own thing. We both motivate each other into going apart from me kicking her out of bed at 6am.... ;-) The joys of waking her up....

Well only walking today as it was a rest day but went around the block at work a couple of times....brrrr would have done a few more laps but it was cold.....(am a wimp) Gym tomorrow at 6.30am...hope there is no snow....

Hi I am currently doing the C25K (couch 2 to 5k), using the free app and I can easily burn 350 plus cals doing that for 25 minutes which is all treadmill work. Then I will do a brisk walk on the treadmill with an incline of 5 (5.5kph for speed). That will burn more cals off pretty quickly. Also use a pedometer to track how…

Well am not sure what I will do....prob set another goal as I still need to loose more...this current goal is pretty major... I know that if I loose another 4lbs by easter I will be getting a nice easter egg...yummy...ok its full of cals (the one I want anyway) but that will be 42lbs lost so have to get something...... J

Well completed my 2nd week c25k then onto the bike to make up my kms...first time on bike for a while...over the half way mark now.. Only 14 days left to complete this challenge.......

Walking is great....at work we are on the 3rd floor, I dont use the lilft at all.....like to go for a walk around the block a few times at lunchtime.....it all adds up...if it burns cals then its exercise...today I did just under 9000 steps...not bad at all...tomorrow have some more surveys todo and hope to notch up just…

Hi Folks, Another day some more KM done...thanks to C25K and lots of walking today at work....rest day tomorrow from the gym but still lots of walking todo around a football stadium....roll on those stairs.....

Thanks for the info. I have been building up my speed since the start of 2013. I can run faster but I usually do it for 1min to 2min then slow down again. Its helped with my cardio. I was aimming for 2km within 12 minutes, got it down to 14mins 25secs... But now moving onto this target with C25K...its something to aim…

Well I finished W1 tonight so start W2 D1 on Tuesday. The only thing that I need to ask is when they say a brisk walk, well I do 5.5km (about 3.5mph) and then for the jog bit I do 10km (just over 6mph). Well a few more KM completed today. Really need to get a move on....a long way to go....Good thing is that I have a lot of walking around next week carrying out site surveys.....wonder if I will hit the 10,000 steps a day mark....hmmmm

Well mine is simple, I want to live to see my daughter grow up and have a family and be a grandad.....I want to improve myself so I can enjoy my retirement (when it comes round). Round around after my grandkids and enjoy my life..... I would call that motivation...

Bran Flakes is the ones that I eat as well as Special K....dont really have a fav as such. Just grab the first box in the cupboard.....had to get used to Bran Flakes...they did taste like carboard at first...now I have learnt to leave them to soak in the milk so its now soggy cardboard.... J
