Go to boots or any sort of health food store and buy some sugar free sweets. Some of them are only 9 calories and the butter scotch sugar free sweets kind of taste like chocolate. Just have some of those until your sick of that sugary taste and you won't want chocolate anymore.

I must admit... I love that little overly ambitious message that pops up after you submit your food diary. However, I can definitely see how someone would see the same thing and start depriving themselves of food. Mine is still showing up.

Underwear. Sometimes clothes actually weigh alot, i.e jeans. The less clothes = closer to your real weight :D
