I don't log exercises beforehand, but I do log food; especially when I make my lunch the night or mornng before.

I ignore the sugar, so long as I know I wasn't chowing down on sweets. A small amount of fruit (like a cup of grapes & a banana) puts me over every day.

I'm the same. I was 135 in high school, but really anything under 160 will make me happy.

top floor blackberries or blueberries?

I started it and could not finish, but by the fourth day I managed to finish (not using weights). It's more about trying than finishing, at least for the first few days.

I lived in Brentwood for a year and Franklin for four (basically Nashville for 5).

Welcome :) I'm also the heaviest I've ever been and have a gym membership I haven't used in well over a year. Depression and overeating at night are a large part of why I'm overweight and out of shape. I decided I wanted to be healthy, not diet, but change my lifestyle. I started tracking my food at the beginning of Jan.…

Check various local stores to find what's cheapest, also make sure you are checking their weekly sales, and use coupons when you can. I have found that produce at Sprouts is often very cheap. Lots of sales every week. Kroger is my main store, they have an app that shows me weekly sales, allows me to make lists, and load…

Sounds like a horrible husband; however, you might want to test your willpower and by a mixture of types of food, like get two gallons of milk - his and yours. As far as cooking goes... he can cook for himself, or add salt if he wants.

I don't intend on having kids, but if I did: Boy: Jathan Girl: Allison

Get a lunchbox that will help you keep your food cold, so you could take salads and sandwiches.

I do eat frozen dinners from time to time, but I find it easier and better to cook for myself. A meal takes 3-5 min to heat up, and I can grill a chicken breast and steam broccoli in 5 min.

Eating a pound of anything isn't a snack.

Sprouts tend to be super cheap for produce.
-
Fiber One brownies are pretty good and not a bad snack option.

I think that's a good way to approach it. I notice that just by tracking what I eat, I am making better choices. I'm also more motivated to work out, even if that's just taking a walk around my work building during my lunch break.

Feel horrible, but work out twice as hard the next day. Also, try not to eat while watching TV.

I weigh myself every Saturday, no particular time, but usually before I eat anything. I don't think you should weigh yourself too often since your weight can fluctuate a couple of pounds each day.

Seems like cheating if you aren't logging your true weight regularly. If it happens to be up slightly because of your period, your next weigh in will be less. They should average out.
