I'm 5'3" and I would feel good at 135 and I am small boned. I am 160's right now and any loss would be good.

You could try lower carb but be sensible. I've tried low carb and I did lose weight but I also got bad headaches and constipation. Then when I stopped all the weight came back and brought more with it. Everything in moderation.

I don't weigh my food. I can't imagine having to do so. Could it be water weight? I'm 45 and its sooo easy to gain now and I fluctuate more. Getting weight off practically takes an act of god! Give it some time and it might level out!

How do u know how many carbs and protein you need daily? My goal is 1400 calories a day also.

Same thing happened to me plus I didn't eat fruits and veggies! Back to it tomorrow.

Keep doing squats, lunges, and donkey kicks. It sucks everything goes south after awhile. Bob Harper from biggest loser recently put on facebook.....SQUAT ~because noone ever wrote a song about a small *kitten*! LoL

I sent you a friend request. I'm 45 and I always gain in the winter. It used to come off in summer but now its hanging around and bringing friends! I have 30# to lose and am trying to improve my eating after friends saw too much processed food in my diary. Gotta keep trying!

I posted almost the exact same thing today! Except I'm gaining weight. I am struggling with 1200 calories too. Having people see my diary helped and I think I have some ideas now. You can friend me if you'd like. I'm in the same boat!

Tiffany thanks for info. I'm going to look into the diets you are using. I'm scared of all fruits and veggies right now! Ladybos thanks for your opinion on my diary. I had flipped off of anything with fiber after a bad episode and I'm struggling to find that middle ground right now. I will look into more real food and look…

I recently learned to make kale chips and love them. Also, beef jerky, popcorn, fruit, spoon of peanutbutter, ants on a log.

I make my own popcorn in a brown paper bag in microwave so I can put what I want on it. I also have a great recipe for the roasted sugar almonds you can buy at the mall but I use truvia for sweetener. Tastes just like them! Also, mozzarella string cheese, little cutie oranges, homemade breakfast cookies.

I like taio cruz, dynamite....usher, more....maroon 5, last chance. Those beats work for walking but you might need something faster for running or spinning.

I was forced into menopause in my late 30's when I found I had ovarian cancer. I am now 45 and menopause make losing weight 50 times harder. You have to eat better and get more exercise then ever before. I could drop weight easily before all that...Now I have 30 pounds to drop and its hanging on for all its worth!
