protein shake recommendations
I was thinking protein shakes/powders might be a good way to go to get my morning protein....otherwise I'll eat all carbs. Are there any you all like and recommend?

Trying again....30 lbs to lose
I've done this before and life got in the way. I need to be accountable to others going through the same thing. I'm in my early 40s and need to lose 30lbs to be healthier. Would love some friends to help me out. :-)

I got the ap by rundouble on my android phone. I admit I'm embaressed to huff and puff outside so I disabled the gps and went by calories on my treadmill. Anyone else trying this?

My weight scale is old. I'm getting frustrated with it because I can step on it 3 times in a row and get 3 different numbers! I can put a little more weight on one foot and different number!
