I am the same height - and funny enough i used to be 8.5 stone and now over 11! i stopped logging for ages and that screwed me up - i need to log to see what is screwing me up!

Thanks everybody. Its not putting me off exercise - just doing a bit less than I'd like to. There is a lot of bad food in here! Even if you are losing weight with the calorie deficit - -you will not help your body. You must get a lot of sugar lows and highs with these types of foods. Thanks Firefox - think thats a lot of my problem - I've watched videos and stuff but still can't seem to get "comfortable" on it. Not in a sense that I would be tired - but more that I would feel i'm not doing it right. :frown:

That would be a great idea! Also - I wish fast food restaurants - all restaurants HAD to show the calories. Ireland still hasn't got this and I think it would make people on diets far more comfortable going out for dinner!

Ha - sales department - what do you do there?? Its so annoying - any time its somebodies birthday or there is something to celebrate, training days etc - out come the chocolates! One of the girls from accounts took a few and I asked her to take them away and she is in the same boat - doesn't want to look at them!

i find the loreal extraordinary oil works wonders. Doing a deep condition whenever you can is great too - i bought a big tub about eight months ago for about seven euro and i still have it. And let dry naturally whenever you can :)
