If you are getting your main source of sugar from fruits you don't have to worry about anything. Now if you are eating all that fruit and then desserts, yes you might have a problem lol.

There was a long post about this and people did not agree at all, but i do agree it is the quality. My boyfriend is a bodybuilder and he eats 2,500 calories of junk a day and his body is great EXCEPT his stomach. Yes the junk gives him energy but it is keeping him from getting where he needs to be.

You should change you mfp settings for protein to atleast 30% mine is set to 50. Going over on protein is a good thing as long as you're not going over your bodyweight in grams of protein.

I was having the same problem my first few weeks on mfp but i realized that I wasn't eating back my exercise calories and the time that i lost a lot of weight, i didnt track my calories at all i just ate healthy and until i was almost full. Since i;ve been eating back calories things have gotten much better :)

It's true a calorie is a calorie, but to have a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, good nutrients and bad nutrients have to be balanced. It's great that you've lose 14 pounds doing that. you can do it, BUT you have to eat only fruits veggies fat free dairy and protein and workout an hour a day. That includes cardio and weight lifting. I've lost 10 pounds in a week before doing that.

Usually I get all my carbs from the fruits vegetables and dairy that I eat and one serving from whole grain wrap or something else that is full of fiber. I seldom add extra carbs like bread or pasta to my meals because that makes the grams of carbs go up a lot.

I have my protein set to the same amount as my carbs, Protein will help you lose weight absolutely so don't worry about that, it's your carbs that you need to worry about going over.
