  • You could try extending the warm up for a few minutes to see if that helps, I've always thought the warm ups on 30 day shred are not really enough for what follows...
  • I'm with you! In fact we are of similar height and build at the moment so probably have the same amount of work to do. I need to lose weight so I can qualify for fertility treatment. I'm a typical yo-yo dieter and struggle so hard to stay committed, especially when I'm stressed (which I am at the moment!). Please feel free…
  • What a fab thread! Another newbie, and another Hampshire-ite (Portsmouth area). I am actually going to Slimming World which I know works when I stick to it, but I prefer this website to theirs as you can log your exercise and also get support on the Forums. I have a lot to lose, maybe 84 lbs if I get to where I really want…
  • I also do 30 day shred in the mornings as it's so quick and easy - it actually takes around 25 mins though not 20 and I usually do a bit of my own warm up to start as I don't really think she does enough - but for 30 mins total it's a really worthwhile workout.
  • Count me in...and anybody who wants to add me feel free :)
