Thanks i had i set to 1 and a half lb a week changing it to 1lb that was recommended has gave me a lot more to walk with ... thank you for your info very informative :-) i've also decided to switch to sedentary and just eat back half of my calories burnt

does anyone know if i done an extra 20 min walk i should add that or just forget about it and include it in my light active ?

I didn't seem to have much success when doing it on sedentary this is my first week not logging my walk and changed as lightly active now .... seeign if i have any more successs this way .

i think i will add it because it did make me sweat as much as my workout i did last night did lol now i just have to find a way of working out the burn lol

Hi hun thanks i've just changed it so as of tomo i am gonna be doing that will give it a go for a week see how i get on its showing still a net of 1200 so no wonder i havnt been losing if i've been giving myself a spare 300 calories a day on top of my 1200 lol

what do you mean , is it classed as lightly active then ? cos at the minute i am in sedentary and just add the walking ?

i think it also depends on how much you have to lose in general and and water weight your carrying

I feel to full up after eatting and usually save my exercising till the evening when my daughters in bed...a nd it exhausted me so helps me sleep too x

I do eat loads of salad and veg thats possibly where i'm going wrong ? i'm having fruits n vegs with every meal... i think the way they see it is they are free as your body uses more cals burning it ?
