this has been me today because time of the month is due anyday and i crave it like a lunatic and diet soda i feel so bad this evening now though even though i am only over my calories by 10 and have worked my *kitten* off to burn it off i still feel bad

could you not try seditery and just add everything that includes walking around and working out so you get more of an idea

3mph sounds more like jogging on the spot speed i would just use a HRM though only way to be sure

Did you do your measurements same thing happened to me but i had lost a inch from everywhere it was my fat turning to muscle ( which weighs a bit more ) people have told me tokeep going and the scales will budge when they are ready ... getting the fat away is more important to health though so i'm relaxed about it at the…

yep it happens to me as much as up to 5lbs so i just try not to weigh around tht time and make my weigh in the following week

it wasnt as bad as i thought in the end i still came out just in the red by 73 calories so not as many as i thought it would be :-) don't feel as bad as i did earlier now i just have the boyfriends chinese buffet meal to deal with tomorrow evening lol

I am on tablets that are notorious for weightgain and i like a diet soda a day :-s i'velost an inch soi guess thats good

buy a HRM then you can use youtube for your workout theres tonnes and will be able to measure workouts acuratley... i have wii fit plus but it gets boring after a bit i vary my workouts with youtube workouts x

yes my net intake is 1200 i eat back calories burned and have it set to sedentary as i stay at home i just add exercise and walking asi do it

it is better to lose a smaller amount weekly in the long run though, much healthier
