Breakups always motivated me to be the best me possible. If im the best I can be then it was definitely their loss. Use those feelings to motivate you to work harder to really make them regret breaking up with you :) May be a bit shallow but you have to channel that horrible feelings into something better :)

The lady that does my massages at the spa told me to take two tennis balls and put them in a sock and lay them where your neck and shoulders meet and lay on them for a little bit. It releases the tension and stress in your neck which accompany my headaches and helps ease them off

I have migraines as well and have only found that a when I get migraines there isnt much you can do but having a small piece of dark chocolate seems to make me feel better but when doesn't chocolate make you feel good lol

I add 3 teaspoons of brown sugar and some cinnamon to 3/4 cup of cooked oatmeal :) I think old fashioned oats taste best

My favorite is the Snack size blue bunny cones. They are SOOO yummy at 150 calories and I just cant give up my ice cream all together so this is a nice smaller size option but still helps that sweet tooth :)

Im losing for vanity. I am a healthy weight but dont like how I look so Weight being one of the few things in life you can really control I decided to just tone up and get in better shape for myself and my husband. I love to see him so proud to show me off to everyone :)

I do eat some of mine back. As you exercise more your body is going to need more nutrients to replenish what you worked off. If I didnt eat some of them back I would have no energy since MFP already has a calorie deficit built in to the program.

I have a stationary bike at my house and use it just about every day. I try to pair it with a Jilian Michaels workout or my own weight lifting. I feel if your moving your burning calories so it doesn't matter how :)

I just got the Polar FT4F and LOVE it. Its about $65 and really easy and simple to use. All I really needed was to count the calories and take my heart rate and this does it wonderfully. I got the cute pink version :)

If you are intaking alot of sodium then you are probably retaining water which is making it seem like you have gained alot of weight which may just be water weight. Keep in your calories and try to cut back on the sodium intake. Also do track everything because once you tell yourself it is ok to not track one thing you…
