Soreness after exercise
I have been doing Jilian Michaels workouts for the last few days and am super sore from working muscles that I normally dont use. Polar ft4 vs machines
My bike says I burned 132 calories while my new polar ft4 said 227 calories burned. The heart rate on both devices read the same. Is this normal for anyone who owns the polar ft4?

I have started using workoutondemand.com for workout videos. I love doing the butt blaster which is 13 minutes of lunges and squats. Is there a way to account for calories burned for something like this?

Lower body weight loss
I am been doing pretty well keeping to my calorie intake and exercising and have lost almost 10lbs but it seems to be coming off everywhere but upper thighs. I just cant seem to loss inches there. Any suggestions?

Favorite post workout snack
I always have a snack after I workout and before my next meal. My favorite post workout snack it dry roasted peanuts and a large glass of cold water. What about you guys?

Cheat day
I have a cheat day on Fridays. I try to stay in my calorie count unlike every other day when I try to say under a little bit. Also I take that day off from exercising. This works really good for me since it gives me a day to look forward and to work hard all the rest of the day. Does anyone else have these days?

Still not really losing
I started with a 1200 calorie a day diet while I lost weight I was really tired and miserable. I uped my calories to 1350 which still allowed me to loose but I felt better overall. Lost about 4 lbs and now I'm starting to gain a bit back. I am still sticking to my calorie intake most the time being a bit under and working…

Changes in eating
When I started the first of January I had problems staying under my 1350 calorie intake. I have lost about 4 lb and now have a problem meeting my 1350 calorie intake. I just don't feel as hungry. I don't want to have my metabolism to slow down because I'm not eating enough. Does everyone go through this transition?

Muscle soreness
I worked out really hard today and now my legs are really sore. I tried walking a bit to walk the pain out but that didn't help. Anyone have a good remedy for muscle soreness?

How accurate do you guys think the striiv app is? It says I worked off 441 calories walking 7000 steps today. This seems a bit high to me.

Totally ruined my diet tonight
Had the worst week ever. They laid off people at my job and now this evening I had a fender bender. I went and had Buffalo Wild Wings and didn't pay attention to calories at all. I feel bad for blowing the hard work today and could really use some motivation to keep at the weight loss goal.

Anyone using the striiv app? I am confused about how it works since It doesn't give me calories back for the time I walk. It only gives me calories back after a certain point. Also when I add my own exercise it takes back any calories it did give me back ????

Always have to much protein
According to the food tracker I am supposed to have 50 grams of protein a day. Somehow i am always a little over that protein limit but still tend to feel hungry so I dont feel like im actually getting to much. I do have one protein shake a day. How do you stay full without going over your protein limit?

BRM vs MFP
My BRM says I need 1358 If I did nothing all day but MFP says it should be 1250 a day. I am working out almost everyday and have a job where I walk a lot. Could the BRM be right or MFP? I'm so confused
