My BRM says I need 1358 If I did nothing all day but MFP says it should be 1250 a day. I am working out almost everyday and have a job where I walk a lot. Could the BRM be right or MFP? I'm so confused

Just stick to the MFP one because that is where you are logging your food and it will balance it self out. Do not think the extra 100 cals makes that much difference. It all depends on your body anyway.0
