Hi everyone hope the weather isn't to horrible where your at this evening. I have bad knees but were looking for some fun new exercises. What is your favorite exercise?

    I love the TRX (Not sure if you have access to that or not) But if your looking for something at home I like the Nike trainer app they have some really good workouts.

    I like doing butt kicks after doing a set of squats.

    My thighs are burning, but then I get to shake it all out.

    I love that part!!!!

    I'm a runner, but since I've gotten back into weightlifting I really enjoy squats. It's probably just because I rarely see anyone else doing 1/2 of what I do with decent ROM.

    Standing Overhead Shoulder Press... something about pushing a loaded barbell over my head makes me feel like a badass.

    Deadlifts, hitting the heavy bag is always fun

    and this is exactly why the snatch is my favorite exercise.

    not only does it work just about every major muscle in your body, you also develop speed and power

    Damn, you bring up a good point. OHP is a great exercise. It's a shame I didn't really do it at all before starting SL 5x5
