I have been doing Jilian Michaels workouts for the last few days and am super sore from working muscles that I normally dont use. I have tried taking motrin to ease off the pain but didnt seem to do much. I also have been drinking protein shakes after my workouts to kelp heal those muscles. Any suggestions for getting ride of the soreness and back to working out?

Workout more. Seriously, your body will adapt and you won't hurt as much.0

^ This all the way.
Currently I've got sore muscles from doing an intense squatting workout and the only thing that has relieved how sore my muscles are the last 2 days was more exercise and lots of walking. If I am still for too long, that's when it starts to really hurt again!0 -

The advice I got worked. I got to the gym and went on the treadmill to warm up my muscles went to lift and was not in pain. They do really feel okay if you get them moving.
Drink water, keep having your protein and don't stay still too long, keep those muscles moving so they don't get stiff. I don't know that advice worked0 -
