I workout when my 5 month old has gone to sleep. I have a 30 minute workout that I use daily and it's been working.

You could try Piyo its low impact but it is still a workout that yields results. I am doing it now and I love it. It's a combination of pilates and yoga. It is also a beachbody workout.

Hang in there. I had the same goal as you and I am almost at goal now. Make sure you are getting enough water. I drink at least 12 glasses a day. I stopped for the first 3 weeks. Week 4 I began again. I am doing 4 times a week now, 2 days of weight training and 2 days of cardio. I plan to increase once I reach my weight loss goal which will be in about another month.

I have been on since March (stopped for about 4 weeks-meaning didn't stay on plan) Back on plan as of last week and I am down 27 pounds and 4 dress sizes. My goal is to lose about 15 more pounds so I am working on that now. Almost there!

I don't even read the forum posts anymore. There are soooo many negative people on my fitness pal period. Les Mills Pump shouldn't make your back bigger if anything it would help you lose any back fat if you have any. It is meant to slim you down and tone you up.

I agree. Eating ice cream everyday is just not healthy. Even if you can do it and still lose weight. You have to think about what it does to your body in the long run. You can get a heart rate monitor from target or walmart. The best ones come with a watch and chest trap and measure both your heart rate and how many calories you burn during exercise. Just turn it on when you start working out and it tracks your calories burned. Best investment you can make. The good ones are not cheap…

I have been having the same issue. I went on a cruise and couldn't stick to the plan on the cruise and since I have been back I have been cheating a couple of times a week for the past two weeks. Also do these noodles that you eat have flour in them,? My understanding was that the only noodles that are plan approved are ****ake noodles.
