Hello, new to the group

i have found that working in the yard (raking leaves etc) has been the best work out for me. I also do nature hikes, and hit softballs at the batting cages.

depending on the age group (no disrespect intended) - i attended a meeting about 4 years ago and found i was one of the youngest members and the group seemed to be more of a social gathering for the locals and not really anything diet or fitness awareness.
