  • I am not really measuring. I look a little better but I haven't been actually measuring. It is too early now to see if they became a habit or not. All I know is I am eating better, and I get full quicker now. I guess I just have to wait and see.

  • Even though i only lost few pounds only so far...this week at the dentist my blood pressure was 129/87 ...my blood pressure usually run around 150 / around 100...i was very happy to see such a change after a month..i think its all the sodium in the junk food that i avoid now :)

  • i used to Eat a banana or an apple with it..but i did that twice a day ( one as breakfast and one as a snack mid-day) and i went over my calories..so now i do the drink ( slim fast or special K ) then 3 hours later i eat an apple...keeps me full for longer and from what i read eating a snack between meals help to boost…
