Isn't that the greatest thing and ongrats on your weight loss! When people asked me if I lost weight, I tell them I have but just a few lbs, and act like it's no big deal. But inside, I'm so giddy and doing a happy dance :) Keep it up, you're almost there!

I'm 5ft as well, SW was 157.5lbs and my CW is 148lbs...my first mini goal is 10lbs (so close) and work from there. My ultimate goal is to go back to about 120lbs.

Thanks all! Guess my main frustration is that we're supposed to be a team and work/help/motivate each other but some people just don't want to hear it. I do hope we do lose the weight and keep it off.

^This^ I was confused in the beginning too but after reading and doing calculations, I found MPF and TDEE the same. I prefer doing MPF because it keeps me at the minimum calorie allowance and if I don't feel like exercising, I don't eat over.
