Heaviest: 144 lbs at 5'3"
Lightest: 119 lbs (last May)
Current: 124 lbs

Lowest weight- 98 lbs in high school ( I went through a bad phase and no I dont want to be there again ever)
Goal weigh- haven't quite decided, 125 would be decent but I'm looking at somewhere between 115-125,0 -

Highest weight - 140 (although prior to having kids, I almost always weighed 137. It seems it was my body's "comfortable" weight)

Unfortunately I think a lot of us can relate to that one!! I started losing a bit of weight prior to that, but this past year post separation/divorce gave me that added incentive! The first few months were the hardest, I had absolutely zero appetite, and forced myself to eat "something" just to get through the day - that period ended, and then I had to make the decision to continue on the path so I could be healthy for ME.0 -

Even when I was at my lightest I was never really toned, I want to be slightly more than toned now, I want to actually have muscle without looking like a body builder.0 -

I feel and look more miserable now than I ever have. About 4 years ago I went from 174 to 150 and looked and felt pretty good, so I know 150 will work, but 140 would be fabulous!0 -

I'd like to be somewhere between 108 and 119lbs before 2014. I hope this is possible as i havent gone on a proper diet in around 5 years the weight came on very lowly, when I was younfer I was about 150lbs and I went down to 108lbs between Feb 2007 and August 2007.... it wasn't hard, but I did have a manual job at the time, (I am currenty unemployed ) and I was also vegetarian. Now I love meat lol so It's gonna be tough.

Highest Weight: I hit 195 just before I delivered my 1st babe... (that was 7-1/2 years ago) ..165 is my highest not pregnant. I've been anywhere between 180-195 with all 4 deliveries and went right back down to 155-165 within 2 weeks after each.

Current body fat: No idea, but a little too squishy for my liking! I want to firm up.
Lowest weight: 117ish (going through a break up when I was 23...) 120-135 is maintainable for me, that's about where I spent my 20's....
Goal weight: I like where I am now ~ I think 120ish would be great if I can't put on some muscle, but if I can bulk up a bit, I'd be happy at 125. My goal right now is just to lose the squish, be happy with myself, and be a great role model for my 4 little boys, I want them to grow up seeing that their mom takes care of herself, but doesn't obsess.0 -
