Took me from 8th Feb 2012 till early Sept 2012 to reach my goal weight. Since then I've been trying to maintain without luck, I keep losing weight. I'm not complaining cause I can now fit into my 19yo sons clothing. I've gone from a size 20-22 down to a 10-12. I'm fitter than I've ever been, more motivated than I've ever been & making no excuses as to why I was fat.0
