Great Approach..... I eat for a gain 2 weeks out of the month and the other 2 I eat at a deficit --Week 5 Maintain and Rest . But this works for me.

I just did a demo of both for 30 days. So I am not a graduate of either. I think both are good. I would say try both for a week and see which fits your lifestyle and goal better. However I am an advocate of the BODY FOR LIFE program...Sorry for the Plug

True.... agreed. But this is a women asking which is better for her. Assuming what most women GOALS are. Again I have assumed before and been wrong. I would do the Insanity . Either way BeachBody will get their money..LOL But like you said it really depends on her goals.....

Agree with you. Fitness like type muscles and not a bulky body builder. I lost some muscle when I did Insanity . Had to dial it back some......

Do not look at it as a cheat day. If you are doing what you suppose to do with your eating style and sticking with Insanity ...On day 5 or day 6, that is a reward. I have 3 cheat meals a week. sorry but when you 150 pounds plus over weight, your body can drop pounds with a few tweaks... Would be like me losing 7 pounds in a month. Diet to the EXTREME.

Throw the scale out of the window and go by body fat % I was 210 at 20 percent fat and now i am 210 10 percent fat. Night and day difference . I mean if you were 200 pds and 5 feet 2 then yeah. My wife is 5 foot 7 and 128 - Most would think she is thin. But she is only 12 percent fat . She use to be 145 and 25 percent fat
