soreness does get better, even after being active for a while if i change my routine up i can have a few days of soreness. ibuprophen works the best for me and lots and lots of water.

after about 8 weeks i stopped having a lot of the pain that i had when i started, i still get some soreness if i dont run for a few days and then do a really long run. but it will get easier i promise. the more weight you take off the less stress on your muscles too so that will help also. good luck.

compression shorts are definately the answer they are also known as sliding shorts you can find them on websites the offer discount softball apparel.. those or biking shorts work really well i have not had any problem with this since i started wearing them.

i have 10 dogs all spayed and neutered,, no problems with any of them but i did have to put the e collar on the males because they wanted to keep licking at it.... go figure right???
