i run for 39 mins its 3 miles, i sit in front of a fan as soon as i come back to cool off. i change my clothes completely including under garments and generally freshen up before getting dressed back in work clothes...

yes yes yes,,,, i finished c25k and i called this my fail... it'll happen a couple time throughout the program when you will just not be able to finish,,, take a rest day tomorrrow and go back and try this day again, stay on this day until you get it and then go on.. you'll find it easier as you go but fails will happen...…

i over pronate so a high stabiltiy shock absorbing shoe is a must or i get chin splints and hip pain.. i have aasics and new ballance i like them both but the new balance have more cushion. i went to our local running store and had my gait analyzed and they recomended the best shoe for me.

i run on my lunch and usually outside, i have baby wipes that i clean up with and baby powder. i also completely change my clothes before i work out so my work clothes are not all sweaty... i dont feel nasty but its different for everyone i am sure.

kids are sometime brutally honest i have lost 45 lbs my 9 year old told me yesterday that the shorts i had on made my butt look big.. lol... take it with a grain of salt and a lump of sugar the only opinion that matters is yours.

you do burn calories for strength training look it up in the database under cardio it will give you a guide. or you could use and hrm. it will burn more calories than resting.

if you are going to go over in anything it should be protien. it burns through your body quickly if i am not mistaken like 4x the rate of empty cals. no worries have that chicken breast if you are hungry..

it's probably water weight, you need to take in something like 3400 extra cals to gain one lbs. Flush your body with lots of water and make sure you are getting at least 30 mins of exercise a day...

have you tried the bridge to 10k program. it's designed for people who have done the couch to 5k program which if you are running 3 or more miles you should be good.
