most of the stores that evaluate you will charge you 20.00 if you dont buy the shoes but its worth it.

my advice it to go have your gait evaluated at a running store. they will tell you what shoe is best for you then you can find them online at the best pricing. cure for shin splints... sit in a chair extend your legs straight out in front of you. write the alphabet in the air with your toes. do this 2-3 times per day to get rid of shin splints.. also can not emphasize enough having the proper shoe, get fitted at a running store.. i can always tell when i need to replace my shoes…

smoking at any time is really awful for you.. duh!!!!... seriously though smoking reduces the oxygen level in your blood and constricts your viens which as you can imagine is not a good thing before or after you work out and stress your muscles. quit now..

I have heard and notice that when i do really vigorous exersize that it's shortened quite a bit and i dont feel as crampy and mean.. that's a good thing..

i think it is super cute and it makes you look 10 years younger. Kids dont have a filter it was probably just shocking to them,,, my baby hurt my feelings like that once and after crying for a couple days i started this journey... what do you think about it is the question.....
