excellent advice all around.. i am 6 months in myself... doing at least 5 k now 3-5 times per week and loving it... Never ever ever did i think i would be a runner and it truelly is the hardest thing i have ever done and i am infinately proud of myself for sticking with it...thanks for sharing.

I did hcg diet injections for two months. i have been able to keep the weight off since January without any injections and have continued to loose because i did change my Lifestyle and i promise you that is the only way it will work.

Try the discovery national body challenge there are a bunch of area specific routines on there with Gillad most are 6-8 mins long and target core, arms shoulders back... they will work it out for you. it takes a few minutes to set up but it puts together some great little workouts.

i have been going that program since December I have taken my time and lingered on some weeks longer to build my endurance. i have lost 37 lbs and i am 15 lbs from my absolute perfect weight but i feel great. it really is a wonderful program.
