I don't wet mine if I am not washing it. Your hair will get used to not being washed every day. Should only take a few weeks. You could use dry shampoo on the off days for a start. After a few weeks you will find your hair will look healthier. I have got mine out to about 4 or 5 days before I need to wash it, providing I…

Maybe people who are sensitive to perfume should exercise at the least busy part of the day. You cant control other behavior, you can control your own.

Recently returned MFPer. Live in country Victoria. Have lost 6.5kg. Currently sitting on 69kg and would like to aim for below 63kg (which would put me in the healthy weight range)

I onced made some savory sweet potato muffins. Ran out of chilli flakes so I used cajun seasoning. Took a bite and spat it out. Tasted like burnt dirt.

This is me at my lowest weight and highest level of fitness (though it didn't do me much good when they threw me in with the heavy weights, this girl beat the crap out of me). This motivates me to get back to that weight and fitness level.

Lean beef burger topped with mashed sweet potato, caramelized onion and roasted capsicum. Steamed spinach on the side.

I will be away on holidays but looks like a heap of fun, especially the Halloween costume section.

Certainly cant say I can relate, but if you feel sexy naked and in undies then I think more power to you.

I personally like squats, curtsy squats, sumo squats and lunges (I do these holding weights) + donkey kickbacks, crunches, push ups, plank and a couple of other core exercises that I don't have a name for. I usually do 3 sets of 12 on each exercise. I am focusing on my core, butt and thighs.

This (and would put a pointing up arrow but can find it on the keyboard). Diabetes is quite individual. IMO diabetic Education is vital for any diabetic or pre-diabetic. I have had patients who say they have hypo symptoms at 70 or more, especially if they have been high for a long time. I am not diabetic, but when I would…

Awesome, you look like different people.

I used to do Kyokushin until I broke my head, so I am an ex-martial arts person. Does this disqualify me?

They don't even look like the same people. At the bottom of the page there is a link to a man with a 132 pound *kitten*

If you could incorporate 1-2 minutes of exercise several times throughout the day (something that your Doctor approves and wont aggravate your back injury) it can slowly add up. 10 minutes a day is over an hour a week! As long as it increases your heart rate doesn't matter what you are doing. After my brain surgery I…

As someone said before, soup. Use in-season vegetables to make it cheaper. Low calorie, healthy, filling and you can make in advance. I make a pot or two on the weekends and it does about 8-10 serves. It freezes well too. Omlette style muffins or bacon and egg muffins are good. I make these in advance for my husband to…

I had a Chiari decompression on the 6th of December 2012. Now I am back at the gym, doing weights, running etc. Scar is completely covered by hair. Very few symptoms now except if I overdo things. Be kind to yourself and let your body heal. Hard to do when you have been so active but necessary to avoid setbacks. Your story…
