It's easier for me to hit my goal if I drink a lot at one time. I drink at least 16 oz at a time. I eat Fage as well, and I really like drizzling a tbsp of real, organic maple syrup. It only adds 50 calories I also use it on savory foods, it's an awesome substitute for sour cream!

Sliced red bell peppers are the bomb for dips. Jicama is awesome, it's kinda sweet and kinda like a raw potato but not starchy. And yep, you just peel it and chop it up raw.

Sriracha and franks are my two standards! When I just want heat I use sriracha, when I want a little more tang I use franks. Franks is the ONLY acceptable hot sauce for buffalo wings in my opinion :) franks and butter.....mmmmmm

I also agree with 40c/30p/30f ratio. However my trainer recently advised me to change it slightly to 45c/25p/30f based on the type of work we are doing, emphasizing carbs before our workouts and protein after :)

Also, sodium is necessary for proper blood pressure regulation. I had the same problem a few years ago, and was told by a cardiologist to increase my sodium, and it helped. My guess is if you are eating so little. You may not be getting enough sodium as well. You can track it as a nutrient on this site.
