Complex carbs are good because they take loner for your body to break down. For breakfast I usually have oats with some raisins and a bit of honey.

I love Wednesdays too, well THIS one in any case. I've done laundry, and a wee pilates workout. Now it's time to get some study time in! No work today! I made curry for the first time yesterday, it was amazing!! Yay for trying new things. Now tonight I'll make some lovely lentil and carrot soup. Yum.

I agree!! From my personal experience, if cut something out...the craving comes and won't leave. So I'll end up going on spree, way overboard. I try and not deny myself anything, just really control the portion. Aaaaand if I buy a package of cookies, I'm likely just to eat them all since the package is open. So I just…

Are you getting enough sleep?? I find that when I don't get a solid 8 hours every night, my body just seems to magically pack on a few pounds! Gah.
