Hi all! I'm from Dorset, UK,

I have lost 88lbs (almost 7 stone) so far but have only just joined this site so am still updating my profile and weight entries etc.
I've never been to a gym or any classes, not had surgery, just started walking the dog more and more, going from once a week to 3 times per day and also eating much more healthy. 0 -
