6 years later and I finally made it a point to reach my goal of 150lbs!!! Who’s still here working at it?! :) Have you changed your goals? Same ones? Hope to hear from some of you ;)

Age: 36 BMI 29. I am on the high side of normal. I am trying to lose a bit more, but have lost nearly 50 in the last year. 🙌🏼 Height/Weight/Bone Structure: 5’5" 149lbs BF%: ? Pregnancies: 1- c section Primary form of exercise: Weights and Running Pics are same weight, just different posture and lighting ;)

Completely agree with pp. I think it may be water retention and possibly timing of the month that is affecting my body composition. (I've lost 10 lbs but don't feel much different either) So, it's not just you! We can keep kicking butt though and one way or another I'm saying sianara to the bulge :)

Thankful to have supportive & positive people around me. If anything, I have noticed people asking what I do and how they can do it too.

I'm at 172. Goal is between 150-160. I usually feel healthiest at this size. My pics show the range between 145-180. I feel like one lucky thing about being a shorty is that when I drop weight it's usually noticeable fairly quickly. So, that's one thing to be happy about!

i think I need to move my daily activity to lightly active as well. Sedentary may have been a major under estimation of my daily exertion. In that case, I would stick to only adding activity that was outside of my "normal" life, or a planned exercise.

I used "sedentary" to calculate what my goal calorie intake should be, so I have been tracking cleaning that took over an hour. I think I only do that once a week anyways, and I only count it if I feel like I am exerting myself. I think it's a personal preference. If it happens to work in your weight loss do it. If not,…

That's pretty much right were I am right now. I'm 5'4'' 174.8 (as of this morning), but I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be the shape I was when I weighed 150.

1200 calories is my goal as well. It's hard some days. Thank you! I try to make sure to keep my 1200 calories each day without going over. It's been fairly easy for me to maintain that. I notice a huge improvement in what I am eating, so I hope that this will assist in my goals of losing the 1-2 lbs a week, just from food choices alone. I had a tendancy to eat AWFUL at least…
