  • Diet coke is my caffeine fix as I don't drink tea or coffee and sometimes the fizz is all I need to take the edge off the dreaded sugar cravings....so I agree with 'drink away' :-)
  • My husband and I have just been having this same conversation and I agree that providing you have calories left to play with it doesn't make any difference whatsoever to your weight loss.
