I think you just need to strengthen your core muscles. I suggest pilates and regular use of the weights (esp. the ones that work your abs) at your gym. I bet after 3-4 weeks of these exercises you'll start to see a difference.

When I was quitting smoking I went on very long walks and drank mug after mug of ginger tea to quell cravings. Maybe listen to an audio book while your walking to distract your mind from thinking about chocolate? Good luck!

I've been mixing "pom pom" pomegranate juice with red wine. This, I hope, doesn't tax my liver and hinder my metabolism as much as a straight up glass of wine (or two.) The calories are comparable and I think the flavors blend well. I too, factor in my wine/pom calories early in the day so that I can make sure I continue…
