I have a friend who has this problem, and she found out she has Celiac.... If she now eats anything with gluten, she is in the bathroom for the rest of the day. A lot of those places have nutritional info on the web - so you can look up their menu, see what you would like, and then check out the calories for them. That doesn't sound right.... Are you eating back your exercise calories? Otherwise, what else is going on? Stressful events? Have you had your iron checked? Getting enough Vitamin D? Or what about - are you pregnant?? I'm sorry I don't have answers, but I definitely think it should good looked at!

Oh start with 3!!!! Then go up from there. I've been doing it for a while now, and on the majority of the exercises, the 3 lbs still get me good - just a couple I use 5 with! I love it, good luck!

I would look into different exercise videos... find low impact ones to start with, and gradually work your way into higher impact ones as you lose and get stronger! I am just getting into the exercise dvd world... so I don't have suggestions for you. Good luck and keep up the good work!

I'm definitely feeling it... try taking Vitamin D - it definitely does help! I usually up my Vitamin D supplement a little more this time of year because of not being outside in sunshine! We're almost to spring!

Well... two ways... if you set your goal at 1.5 lbs to lose a week, then it will raise your calories and then you eat your 400 exercise calories. Or, with where you're at right now, you eat your 1220 and your 400-500 exercise calories... so totalling 1620-1720 depending on what you do for the day. Your Net Calories equals…

I have a few thoughts... First, you could try to start slow. Start with setting it as 1 lb a week, and then slowly move it to the 2 lbs a week so that your body gets used to the reduced calories. That's what I did, and it really seemed to help me. Are you drinking enough water? I'm terrible at it, but I do feel it helps…

I haven't, but I would talk to your doctor to find out if you can start doing more. You definitely don't want to push it too much or too fast. That is a major surgery, so you don't want to take the restrictions lightly. Good luck and hang in there!
