Today was Max Interval Plyo, had a really great burn -- Tomorrow, I am nervous about -- I work from 7am-7pm, and then I have Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs, and I work again 1st thing in the morning, gonna be a lonnng day.

I have just under 2 weeks of Insanity left and my husband wanted to try CXL so we are :o) I also gained a few pounds on Insanity (despite following the food guide) haven't re-taken my final measurements yet... but I feel better I guess. Good luck with your decision!

You are not alone, my husband and I both get plugged up, painful ears when we are doing Insanity. No fun, but it usually subsides afterwards. :o(

Fourth Fit Test Today... totally rocked it. Overall I feel better, but certainly discouraged - The scale read 4 lbs higher than it did last week, and that means a gain of 2 since the start of Insanity... On days I work 12 hour shifts (7a-7p) I have a bowl of Special K Protein Plus Cereal with 1 TBSP of Milled Flax, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 C. Skim Milk.... If I am at home I usually have 1 egg or 2 egg whites and a piece of toast with fruit or Oatmeal with blueberries and flax and sometimes a banana half.

Gained back the 2 lbs I lost in month one. Now I am at the same weight. I know we are supposed to look at all the measurements, but I am still a little disheartened. Just finished my first week of month 2 - Max Interval Plyo. I am pretty sure I am experiencing an exacerbation of my Piriformis syndrome... gonna try stretching more often... hopefully it works itself out :o)

I bought Hip Hop Abs right when it came out years ago. It was very fun... but definitely not as intense as Insanity! Good luck with your decision... me and my hubby are talking about the same thing... what next.. only 3 more weeks to go of Insanity! :o)

Thank you so much for the insight, I am just going to go for it and hope for the best! Today, was my last "recovery week" work out. Tomorrow is my rest day, so I will probably go for a bit of a fun run - weather permitting. Then come monday....the looming, MONTH 2. :o)
