As already mentioned, you can find the guides for free online easy enough :) I'm starting the guides tomorrow as part of the 6th April K2Movement she's running so if you're up for it we could motivate eachother!

Don't buy junk!! It's too easy to go back to eating junk if its there... if its not there in the first place you cant eat it :) Fill your fridge with yoghurts etc and your cupboards with nuts and seeds or even peanut butter!! You can do it if you remove the temptation :) x

Could you suggest you go somewhere else? They should already know how much this new way of eating means to you and will understand that you'd wanna give it a miss this time :) There's plenty of other places to go! It isn't really fair for you to sit there.. or fair you have to break your diet when you're doing so so well!!…

I go over by as much as 98 some days... =o but I tend not to worry as the majority is from fruit and I still manage to lose weight :]

Congrats!! :) You're deff on your way! I tried on some 10 jeans today and for once I wasn't spilling over like a muffin haha I'll hopefully be a size 8 with you soon - keep up the good work :) xx

You can make your profile private if you wish :) or just don't write your weight. You can display your ticker to show weight lost instead of weight to go if you wish too :] It's good to see people's weight and help to support them with their progress though! xx

I absolutly love Miranda Kerr's body! I love how slender she is and not top heavy (most women I'd love to look like have a lot bigger breasts than I could ever attain naturally :P hehe) I love Cameron Diaz's body too! One day..... :) I just need to stop being tempted by my flatmates extra fattening food in the fridge haha
