Yeah that makes sense to me. I think I agree with that. I consider what i do is a paced jog.

I also use a heart rate monitor and I usually do the same 2mile jog every work out and burn 400-430 calories. I am not new to running but that is my main exercise. I do 30-35 minutes a min of 2miles in that time. I use a HRM and Nike Plus app on my phone. Have been looking for friends to add on there. If anyone else out there new and uses that app let me know so we can be friends.

ok a heart rate monitor...something that obviously by the name tells u the heart rate but does it then calculate calories burned as well...If so where can i find one of these??? how much do they generally cost??
