ok a heart rate monitor...something that obviously by the name tells u the heart rate but does it then calculate calories burned as well...If so where can i find one of these??? how much do they generally cost??

I have had no problem with that...I have my treadmill in the livingroom with the big screen t.v. Congrats: I too started dieting this Dec 2009 and here we are Feb 2010 already... I have lost total of 17 pounds since then...but since i have been at mfp 10....Good idea on changing my ticker....I did work for every last pound after all. I do sometimes drink a protein shake after a work out or in place of a meal. Sometimes dont have time to eat will make a shake and grab a piece of fruit. Thanks...just last night figured out that I can track my salt and sugar....wow i totallay am getting hidden sugars some where...cuz i know im not eating candybars...my salt too some days was over what they have for my daily goal...So these are thing that I will be keeping a closer eye on this week.

I've always bought the instant oatmeal brown sugar or apple cinnamon. Since dieting I've just relize the 13g of sugar in each pack.
