I like to use something called iSTAYFIT for lifting and logging exercise. The other is ENDOMONDO for GPS tracking of running and biking. Cool APP. I used to use Lose it...but then I found MyFitnessPal. ;):smile:

I check once a day, first thing when I get out of bed. That is the only time i will get on a scale. It's a staedy average at the same time of day after your body has had time to adjust to any exercise and calorie intake.

What a great post. My progress has not been good. I have broke off the routine and stopped. Many excuses, none warranted. So, another plan. Get back to it right. Some are in week 5 some week 6, any progress and if so please share. week 5 for me. Weight progress has had gains, and then I have weekends like this last one, (Super Bowl) and back at SW. I feel stronger and the workouts are getting better. Hope everyone is having a great week.

Nice job to you Jaded great report...I like getting my workout completed in the morning as well. 0500 rise and in the gym by 0600 out by 0700...makes a great start, feel good during the day, exercise gives you energy!!!

R Leg not working too well. Strange, goes numb and feels almost as if a blood vessel may have broke in the back of my knee joint. Irratating. Been going on for about 2 weeks now. Lite week.
