  • My HRM always says I burn more calories than MFP, but I generally stick with the MFP count because I'd rather underestimate the calories I burn that overestimate them.

  • I like this! I carry: - 2 Headbands - Hat (sometimes) -Gatorade Prime Chews -2 Cliff Energy Bars (White Chocolate Macadamia Nut...YUM!) -Heart monitor watch and chest strap -32 oz. of Gatorade -50 oz. of water plus Mio Fit -Flip flops for my poor feet once the match is over! That's about it!

  • Well, Murray has the Radical Pro while I have the Radical MP. I couldn't even tell how they are different, but I know that they are lol.
  • After hitting with rackets with 110 sq inch heads for 10 years, this year I finally switched to a midplus (Head Youtek Radical) and it has been AMAZING. So much more control and spin, which is what I needed, not a ton of power.
  • I LOVE singles because of the 1 on 1 challenge of it all, but with my recent weight gain, I find it harder and harder to keep up. I'm a 4.0 but usually I practice a lot with my friends who are 4.5 and 5.0, respectively. After an hour or so they are just getting revved up while I am gasping for air (and incredibly hungry).…
