Usually only the top of my body sweats and that would be after working out hard. Since I joined a new gym and am doing more strenuous exercise I see that even my legs sweat! It's gross but I too feel like it is a badge of honor. To me it screams I really worked out hard today!

Add some enzymes and probiotics. I had trouble as soon as I upped my protein levels. This worked for me. I use Good 'N Natural Chewable Pineapple Bromelain for the enzymes (it's chewable) and Puritan's Pride Nature's Promise Probiotic Acidophilus.

Cardio at home in AM. Then again at lunchtime at work. And finally strength trainning at night at the gym.

It's possible it doesn't have anything to do with your diet. When I felt that way I had a sinus infection. Sometimes that is my first symptom.

When I increased my water intake it seems all I did is go potty. Now it has calmed down. I still get up once or twice at night but I thing that's because I drink while I watch TV in the evening. But on the flip side all that walking to the bathroom is cardio right?????

Two things that many others will post. First at your height and weight 1200 calories is not nearly enough. And second muscle and fat weight the same. One pound is one pound. I scored 12. I know I have a few issues that weight loss will not correct. Comes from being brought up by a negative mother and them being married to 2 abusive men. But all in all not a bad score.

Sounds like medial meniscus. Simple surgery to repair and about 2 weeks of recovery. Get it checked out or you can cause further irrepairable damage.
